Payments

We highly recommend reviewing all Order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed + shipped as quickly as possible.

If your order status is 'Unfulfilled' - we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address, or process a cancelation dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order. Please send our Customer Care team an email immediately at careteam@harleejane.com if your order requires a change. 

If your order status is ‘Fulfilled' - then unfortunately we are NOT able to make any changes as the order has already left our warehouse.

Harlee Jane accepts the payment options listed above + all prices are displayed in USD.

*If shopping Internationally, please take into consideration the price conversion from USD to your country's currency - price listed at checkout may differ from your bank statement.

You may fund your Paypal account through any method + then use our single-link Paypal express checkout feature to complete your order.

NOTE - Orders CANNOT be canceled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically!

You are able to use only ONE promotional code per order in addition to any E-Gift Card/Store Credit codes. Harlee Jane is NOT responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout + it cannot be retroactively applied. Payment is processed automatically. When checkout out - we advise that you enter the E-Gift Card code first + then enter the promo code. Please note, the Order Confirmation email + invoice you receive will only reflect the order total + not the method of payment breakdown.

Note - Promotional Codes are only available for limited times + uses.

We stand behind our products + want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly + responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at careteam@harleejane.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.

You can also use our Return Headquarters system to process a return for damaged items.

All damaged item claims require photo proof prior to returning to Harlee Jane.

Returns

Orders are eligible for store credit ONLY, if they are received by Harlee Jane within 14 days of the purchase date with receipt, unopened, + original tags attached (DOES NOT apply to Reign Lashes + ALL graphic tees)
 
Damaged items are valid for store credit ONLY. Damages to items must be reported prior to use with the original tags + packaging still in place.
 
Harlee Jane is not responsible for lost or tampered packages.
 
Exchanges + store credit will be processed when the item has been fully returned to Harlee Jane - please allow 1-2 weeks for processing + credit to be delivered. In-store credit does not expire + can be used towards the purchase of any item from our website.
 
If for any reason you need to cancel an order prior to shipping; a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. If shipping has already taken place, you will receive store credit once the item has been returned to Harlee Jane. 
 
When returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as the shipping container; the box must be placed in another box or poly mailer as the shoe box is considered a part of the product. If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: (insufficient address, unable to forward, incorrect address, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or otherwise undeliverable) the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to you.
 
Harlee Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the instance, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, + in original condition or will be subject to denial. Swimwear with a protective adhesive strip must be returned in its original form with the protective strip fully attached.  

FINAL SALE + FLASH SALE  items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

All graphic tees are made to order, + sent directly from our printers warehouse in Texas. They are handmade products. If you find defects in ink or garments, please contact us + a replacement or credit will be issued. Please note that every monitor shows a slight color variation. Colors may be enhanced on certain desktops or cellular devices. Otherwise, exchanges of full orders are not accepted without special circumstances.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS FOR INTERNATIONAL, APO & PO BOX ADDRESSES  

We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, + PO Box Addresses - please send your return to our Idaho Address: 21270 Trigger Ranch Ln. Star, ID 83669. Include your invoice + eligible Items in the Return Package + obtain tracking for your records. Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for Harlee Jane to process; we will then email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.

Once your order number + phone/email address has been entered, you will be guided through the process of finding the item you wish to exchange/return. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to return/exchange. When the process has been completed, Harlee Jane will review your request + an email will be sent to you with inquiry updates. 

Dependent upon return/exchange reasons, customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Please ensure that ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS listed on the packing slip are included in the SAME package.

Customer can expect an emailed Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return to the Harlee Jane Warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts + taxes at the time of purchase.

Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, + processed.

Shipping

- Please refer to your selected shipping + processing method chosen when placing your order.

- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order. Your order status will appear "Unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your account.

Harlee Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
